Alan King is a globally recognised strategist, author, and advisor operating at the forefront of the artificial intelligence revolution. As the CEO of ITAA.ai and Founder of AI-Your-Org, Alan has established himself as a "mover and shaker" in the AI space, helping boards, C-suites, and leadership teams navigate the complexities of emerging technology with calm clarity. Alan’s work focuses on slicing through the hype to build genuine organisational capability. 

He serves as the AI Strategy Director at the Global AI Association, where he influences how global entities approach governance, risk, and adoption. His expertise was further recognised through his authoring of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers’ (IMechE) 2024 public Policy Paper on AI.

Alan’s fascination with technology began in his teenage years. An early adopter by nature, he dedicated his early career to the sharp end of engineering and innovation. He worked on environmental test systems, automation, and robotics at Hewlett Packard, and later managed global campaigns at Strategic Alliance International.

With a background in electronics and an MBA from Brunel University, Alan possesses a rare blend of technical literacy and strategic business acumen. Before launching his current ventures, he served as Head of Global Membership Strategy at IMechE. It was during this time that he published Harnessing the Power of AI in Organisations, a practical guide that laid the foundation for the "AI-Your-Org" community.
